Jim Gould, Founder and Principal of Horizon Hotel Group, brings over 30 years of leadership in upscale hospitality markets. Before launching Horizon, he served as Regional VP of Operations at Portfolio Hotels & Resorts, overseeing brands like IHG, Marriott, Hyatt, and Hilton, and helping grow the portfolio from five to twenty-four hotels. Known as a transitional leader, Jim has built award-winning teams and driven exceptional results in guest satisfaction, employee engagement, and investor value. His earlier tenure as GM of Sofitel Chicago O’Hare earned record-high market share and multiple industry awards. Jim has also held prominent roles in hospitality associations and nonprofit boards, reflecting his deep commitment to the industry and community.

Nick Tywan has more than 40 years of experience in the hospitality, parking, and airline industries, with a focus on consulting and asset management.
